RETURNS & EXCHANGES: If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@laurenbakerpd.ca so we can take care of any issues that may arise. We will gladly replace any items which have been damaged during shipping. Please send us a message within 3 days of delivery at hello@laurenbakerpd.ca with your order number and photo(s) of the damaged item(s) and we will work on sending you a replacement as soon as possible. If an item fails to arrive due to an inaccurate or incomplete address, a refund or replacement will not be issued. Please ensure your address entered is current and accurate when paying. Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for: • Used or opened items • Custom or personalized orders • Digital downloads • Items on sale • Stationery/paper samples Please note: We do not accept cancellations once an order has shipped. CONDITIONS OF RETURN: Item(s) being returned must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items returned without contacting us first about a refund request will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We ship to Canada and the United States. Please ensure your address is accurate and complete when paying to prevent any shipping delays. Product Packaging: • Art Prints (8x10) - Are packaged flat in a clear sleeve with a cardboard backing and then in a sturdy mailing envelope to ensure stability. • Art Prints (11x14 & 16x20) - Are rolled into a cardboard mailing tube and secured at both ends. • Greeting Cards - Are packaged in a clear sleeve with envelope and then placed in a sturdy mailing envelope. • Mugs - Are secured in a small, fitted, double cardboard box. • Wedding Stationery (Printed) - Grouped in plastic sleeves and secured in a cardboard box.

Colours on printed/manufactured goods may appear slightly different than colours in images of products on your computer screen. All final products are checked prior to shipping to ensure consistency. Due to this, refunds will only be accepted in extreme circumstances.
